If I pass this, I can finally find my way out of call center hell! I can have a job where I work outside, and.... *runs off to study some more*.

It's for my grade 1 water certification. Basically, so I can treat fresh water for human consumption. It's a surprisingly cool job, but it means I have a month and a half to learn the answers to questions like these:

Should the coagulation-flocculation process be operated and controlled to improve filtration?

and

Why is the use of chlorine dioxide as a disinfecting chemical instead of chlorine of considerable interest to operators?
