Um, I review small claims for an insurance company, and I see water mitigation claims often. Make sure the "rug guys" don't just sop up the water, but pull the rug up to dry beneath it, and that they get all the moisture out of the room(s) to prevent mold growth. There should be a dehumidifier and an air mover (fan) involved.
