I joined a site called Archive of Our Own sometime back in December (you have to be put on a waiting list if you want an author profile, apparently, although it only took me a few days.) And I just now got around to adding a couple of stories.
It's a small multi-fandom archive, but there's still about 200+ Avatar:TLA stories on there. I'm not sure if I really buy into the mission statement which is to archive "transformative fanworks", because it strikes me as... I dunno, arrogant. Plus there's no quality control for the "transformative fanworks." It can't compete with fanfiction.net in terms of sheer numbers, but I figure... hey, the more places to archive fic, the better y/y? Plus, their goals seem sincere even if they are a bit lofty.
So what are you waiting for? Go check out Archive of Our Own. Upload your transformative fanwork today! :D
