VERY SERIOUS QUESTION!!!!

Sooo.... I need help from my glorious flist for a plot bunny. So I'm asking for prompts!

If Sam Beckett from Quantum Leap were to leap into the body of any Avatar character, who would it be, when in the series would it happen and what major problem would he solve?

Would Sam leap into Katara's body and make it a Zutara for the sake of world peace? Would he leap into Aang's body to somehow help him get control of the Avatar state? How about leaping into insane!Azula's mind...er... for whatever reason.

... Man, I have had a lot of coffee and all of my thoughts are fragmented. Any idea would be good. Challenges are good. I need your evil prompts. Mwhahahahaha.
